Orders are placed easily through their website, and for custom orders you can talk to them on Whatsapp. Living in the US, this has been a great perk for me as its sometimes hard to send flowers to loved ones in South Africa from the US. The bouquets are always big and beautiful and they deliver in a timely manner. Ingrid has been especially helpful in creating the perfect pink bouquet for my brother and his wife to welcome their new baby, and delivery was prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them!!
