Our own driver delivers Monday to Friday - not on weekends or public holidays. In Stellenbosch (Koelenhof, Devon Valley and Muldersvlei included), Bottelary, Klapmuts, Somerset West, Strand, Gordon's Bay, Paarl and Franschhoek, order before 12:00 for delivery the same day. The rest of our area, Cape Town included, is delivered on Wednesdays - order by 17:00 the working day before. Delivery orders start from R500; the delivery fee is by distance, shown before you pay. You choose the date at checkout; we deliver between 09:00 and 16:30. If nobody is there to receive it, your order comes back to the shop and a second delivery is charged again. Or collect from our shop at 44 Ryneveld Street, Stellenbosch - collection orders start from R500.

Your flowers are cut and arranged for you, so they cannot be returned. The seven-day cooling-off right does not apply to perishable goods made to your specification. Flowers are seasonal: if one is not available we use similar flowers of equal or higher value, keeping your style and colours. If anything about your arrangement is not right, tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. You can change or cancel an order up to 4 working days before the delivery date, for a full refund.
